1. Payment
Bank transfer: 25% of the total amount will be transfered on the day of booking and is non-refundable in case of cancellation or no-show.
The remaining 75% will be paid at the check in.
2. Check-in and Check-out
Check-in from 15:00 hours
Check-out until 12:00 hours
Check in and check out are flexible, according to the previous/next guests convenience. After your reservation is confirmed, please share with us your flight numbers and estimated arrival/departure times.

We can pick you at the airport depending on availability.
This service has a cost of 25 eur.
3. Cleaning, linen and towel change
If you are staying for one week or more, new towels can be provided upon request, for free.
If you are staying for one week or more, cleaning and linen change can be provided upon request for an extra charge of 30 Eur/Studio and 50 Eur/Apartment.
4. Other useful remarks
- We accept bookings from a minimum of 2 nights;
- Quiet time is from 10 PM to 10 AM. We are sure that you understand that the nightly rest of your neighbors must be respected;
- Maximum withdrawals in Portuguese ATM machines are limited to €200;
- Pets are not allowed;
- Smoking is not allowed inside the apartments.
