Studio 1 and Studio 2, recently renewed, are both on the same floor (2º floor) of the same building in Rua de O Século, in a building from 1898, where once lived a portuguese film director, José Leitão de Barros, who made the first Portuguese sound film in 1931.

Studio 3, 4, Suite, Peacock, Lumière, Magritte and Vittoria, also very recently renewed, are in the building next door, in a street where the Portuguese philosopher, essayist and writer Agostinho da Silva lived.

All the studios and apartments are very central (you will not need a car), full hearted, familiar, charming, very clean, silent and very special.

They lay in the heart of the charming Príncipe Real district, right next to Príncipe Real’s garden and very close to Miradouro de São Pedro de Alcântara, Bairro Alto, Baixa, Chiado, Avenida da Liberdade. Here is Lisbon’s Shangri-La, where everything wonderful happens…

Príncipe Real is the most charming neighborhood in Lisbon, enchanted with a beautiful garden and some exotic trees, where a hundred-year-old cedar provides the most famous shade of Lisbon.

Here you are in a very quiet square and also in a very lively district, placed near a nightlife area (Bairro Alto). But it is quiet by night, you can also hear the sound of silence.

The neighborhood offers you a huge variety of bars, restaurants, clubs, groceries and gourmet boutiques, coffee shops and kiosks, art galleries, antique shops, luxurious and fashion designers stores.
It is an area in constant sprouting of novelties in every corner.

Here is a perfect place to come for a short stay and discover the authentic Lisbon lifestyle.

And just 20 minutes by car from the airport.
